| Summary: | Christopher Karl Plattner and Richard M. Jones petitioned the Town of Davidson for a voluntarily contiguous annexation of the neighborhood known as "Narrow Passage" on February 12, 2016. The Town Board directed the Town Clerk to "Investigate the Petition Received under G.S. 160A-31" on March 8, 2016. The Town Clerk presented a "Certificate of Sufficiency" and "Fixed the Date of the Public Hearing" for the said annexation at Town Board meeting on April 12, 2016. The public hearing for the annexation was held on May 10, 2016. Approving the attached ordinance will complete the annexation process. The land noted on the metes and bounds description will become incorporated into the Town of Davidson on June 30, 2016. |
