Staff has reviewed the current agreement that is 10 years old and will provide a report on next steps. The Town Manager and Planning Director have met with their counterparts in Kannapolis and all have agreed updates to the agreement need to be made. The process of staff drafting updates will begin after the Rural Area Plan is finalized. |
