BA 2017-04: Provides budget authority to pay for engineering services for three streets projects for which the Town will seek funding. Revenue source is fund balance.
Three projects for engineering/feasibility are:
1) North Main Street and Concord Road intersection improvements and reverse angle parking
2) Davidson Concord Road and Robert Walker Drive roundabout
3) Concord Road, Pine Road, and Grey Road roundabout
BA 2017-05: Provides budget authority to purchase the 215 Crane Street property. Revenue source is fund balance. |
