| Summary: | The Town recently approved the Rural Area Plan on Sep 13, 2016. Recommendation from plan was to extend water and sewer service to the Rocky River Phase 1 and 2, as well as the West Branch Rocky River. Charlotte Water has requested the Board to take formal action on the attached Resolution 2016-24. The Town staff concurs with the resolution. |
