On October 27, 2015 Human Resources Consultant Susan Manning presented the results of the staffing and market study recommendations to the board. On December 2, 2015 Finance Director Pieter Swart presented financial impacts of implementing the staffing and market study. At the board's retreat on December 15, 2015 the board further discussed the staffing and market study.
Approval for the following are recommended:
(1) Moving of the salary ranges (see study)
(2) Increase of 7 employees to the market study recommendation
(3) Hiring of an additional police officer |
